First off, love this gallery I've been looking for something just like this for our website. Is this just xml or do you need flash to edit photos and such? I new to this but really enjoy it, but I don't know flash to save my life.

Yes, you not need edit a fla source for use. Just edit xml file for add new images.

We downloaded this and it doensn't work in IE. Please advise on steps to resolve this issue.

Changing slideshow interval, pause/play slideshow and prev/next functions are provided. Auto correction of image's sizes and image's ratio also provided.
Can be use any images with different resolution or ratio.
Open data.xml for edit images list:
