Yes, i think so too, and i think that the price will be fine for a buyers.
It is all because this product was formed when i was developing "moving lines" (see my profile), so i just decided to do some workaround to present good product in both cases.
There are also some development notes about mine "moving lines" and "particle system" at mihailoff.110mb.com , so you will understand that this product is not some kind of joke :)

Many methods to control. Easy scaling code.
Implemented regular forces like a wind, and accelerated forces like a gravity.
Color filter and blur filter.
Listener of dead particles to create new Particle Systems in a place of dead particle. Useful for systems like fireworks.
Bitmap can be in emitter role like a shape from that particles emitting, and particles can have color of pixel from it is emitted.
In a bundle you receive also Particle System Configurator, it is like a WYSIWYG editor.
You can also assign many shapes for particles as you like. Support both movieclips and bitmaps.
