How does this register the info submitted? Does it send it to an email or a databse?

I just downloaded... it doesn't do anything except validating the name and email address characters... Doesn't work for me...

Hello. Very nice file but no instructions were included... I only see validation for email and name. Where do you set email to: parameters?
