This is an old style preloader with a circle but has a strange and attractive animation. I call it Halo effect and tha's why I name this file Halo preloader.

Test it through the demo file to see how strange and attractive it is!.

Just open the FLA file for modification. This file is ready to use so you don't need to make anychange, but you may try if you like.
