Dynamic XML Zoom DropDown Menu

Hi!
I bought this menubar and I tested, but I dont know how i can used.
Big problems width swedish language, I must save the Xml again so I can use in my own language.
How I can use frames?
I have been in the fla file but nope I don´t get it.
Is that possible to change the size, because I can´t used ist if the words are longer than they are now in the menu.
