What is Bouncing Menu XML?
Bouncing Menu XML is a fast menu driven by XML for your flash as3 projects.
Script accept both images files (jpg, pgn, gif) and SWF vector files.
You can change distance between icon and zoom factor.

Menu text can be placed everywhere you want.
This menu comes in a movieclip with its own class so you can drag and drop it easily to your fla.

Also Bouncing Menu XML is highly customizable and adaptable to your projects, it uses TweenMax transitions engine (TweenMax classes are included since we are Corporate Club GreenSock member) .

I bought this....but how in the world do I change images out, create links from the buttons, etc? I don't see that the XML file has any of these options at all. The description says highly customizable...but how. I don't have Flash software, just want to swap the buttons and links out and change the size.

This component is not a stand alone. So you need flash to add link and customize.
For asset change follow docs.

Hey, is there a way you can make this a stand alone menu? Or is there a way you can customize this for me? I really like this, but i'd also like to add on to it.
