I bought the item but have a few questions I couldnt see on the docs. (The docs are also a bit user unfriendly without coding examples)

1 - How to add a link for a panelUrl jpg etc. After loading my pic on the page, how do i make a link off it? The link tag only looks like it works with text/label

2- The news scroller. How do I edit the news graphic? Also how do I show more than the 50 or so characters per news item. Say 140? Can I use the news ticker without the news pic background?

Why do you say the docs are a bit user unfriendly? The help files are quite comprehensive on how to use and implement?

As for your questions:
1) Currently, there is no way to add a link for the jpg. However, I could built this feature in if requested.

2) The News Ticker doesn't have a background image. The image in the background is controlled by the <intro> element which resides just above the <news> element in the xml.

3) The News Ticker automatically resizes to the longest line of text. However, it will not exceed the width of the accordion panel. It can only support one line of text given the current design.

your answers dont really make sense. Do you have an email so I can show you examples?

The docs are unfriendly because while comprehensive, dont give clear examples, just explanations.

1) Not being able to link from a picture is very basic functionality missing. If I had known there is no way I would have purchased.

2) There is a background image for intro. If the news is true, there also shows a bar and the letters NEWS nothing to do with the intro image. I want to use the news function without this

3) So why wont the newsticker resize to my long line of text and fit it all on one line. It just cuts the text off.

Maybe we are crossing our lines here"?

Sorry, there is no automatic advance. I avoided this as it becomes complicated when using video.

Is there a way to embed a video with a link underneath it? A link to a website URL?
