Using this product even a non flash user can create this 3d effect with their own images by just putting them in a folder.no need to even open the flash.They can create 3d landscapes, people with 3d bg or even simple 3d text layers.
I will make a water effect separately.

yes, you can use swf instead of images. Please read the help file included.

Hi, I downloaded your file and noticed there's a problem with the flash only in Firefox; when I click outside of the window or within another tab, the images would have floated away and slowly float back to their positions when I return to this window. It seems that this bug is not present in other browsers such as IE or Safari. Could you please figure out how to prevent that from happening? (I was wondering if it's the "onEnterFrame"?)

This is a simple Flash set up to create your 2d images or photoraph or graphics to 3d like motion.
This package contains three different Flash files.
