Its is a carosal menu which can be edited as per user choice. You have to only edit the xml file. do not touch the Action-script in flash. just edit the XML file. all pictures are used should be in .png format. that is the icon format. just put the icons in 'icons' folder. and then edit xml with the help of note-pad. and one thing you have to rename your icons to icon1, icon2... sequentially(in what order you want). then edit name of that icon in " itemTitle="..............." " .
and item description in "content="somthing useful about Item no-1" ".
remember its a round menu so have to not worry about which will set in first and which one is last. just arrange which one after which.

the main thing is that you can put any number of icons in this menu.
you can put 5 items. then just put 5 icon you want. and edit xml file upto icon5. then delete other lines. as simple as that.
